Nach Begegnungen mit den Community Gardens in New York hat die Soziologin Elisabeth Meyer-Renschhausen die st\u00e4dtischen Gemeinschaftsg\u00e4rten hierzulande von Anfang an mit entwickelt, bekannt gemacht und f\u00fcr innerst\u00e4dtisches Wachstum gesorgt, das seinesgleichen sucht. Ma\u00dfgeblich hat sie beispielsweise die G\u00e4rten auf dem Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin mitinitiiert, auch als Kleing\u00e4rtnerin ist sie aktiv.<\/p>\n<p>Elisabeth Meyer-Renschhausen, Dr. PD, ist freie Autorin, Journalistin und Privat-Dozentin in Berlin.
